Updates!

March 11, 2009

At the March 10th meeting a working group was formed to revamp the constitution.  The prospect is to model the SGA more along parliamentary lines and provide some means for students who are interested to participate starting in their first semester at ECC.

February 26, 2009

Gay Michele has announced that she will be a candidate for Faculty Association President, thus causing her to curtail involvement in SGA.  We are sorry to see this happen - she has done so much to make SGA function.

Officer turnover is coming - all incumbents are expected to graduate by the end of summer term.  Those interested in running for office in the Fall should read the SGA Constitution and keep an eye out for a candidate orientation session sometime in late August or early September.
